1. Who we are

This website, creativeodyssey.agency, is operated by CREATIVE ODYSSEY SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI: 51759090), with its registered office at Str. Marcus Aurelius nr. 29, Arad, Romania. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CREATIVE ODYSSEY SRL is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name (optional), your email address, and the content of your message. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We use contact form data for one purpose: to review your enquiry and respond to you, including scheduling a discovery call if you request one. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. We do not track you across the web. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, your consent will be requested before any such tools are activated.

5. Third-party services

A few technical services are involved in delivering this website, and they may process limited technical data such as your IP address as part of serving content:

• Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf as a data processor. Data may be processed on servers in the EU and the United States under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Fontshare serves the web fonts used on this site; your browser requests font files from their servers.
• Portfolio previews embed content from client websites we have built (for example drbutas.ro and cjarad.ro). When those previews load, your browser connects to those websites, whose own privacy policies apply.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions and related email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing contract.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. No automated decision-making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
