1. Who operates this website

creativeodyssey.agency (the "Website") is operated by CREATIVE ODYSSEY SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI: 51759090), with its registered office at Str. Marcus Aurelius nr. 29, Arad, Romania ("Creative Odyssey", "we", "us"). Contact: creative.odyssey.office@gmail.com. By using the Website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is an informational presentation of our digital marketing and web development services. It is not an online store, and nothing on it constitutes a binding offer. Any services we provide are agreed and governed by a separate written contract between Creative Odyssey and the client, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

3. Portfolio results and no guarantees

The campaign results, metrics, and case figures shown on the Website (including ROAS, cost per lead, impressions, and similar) are real historical results from specific past campaigns, presented for illustration. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including budgets, markets, platforms, and timing. Past results are not a promise or guarantee of future results for any client or campaign.

4. Intellectual property

The Website's design, text, graphics, and branding belong to Creative Odyssey or are used with permission. Client names, brands, and website previews shown in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are displayed as references to work performed. You may browse and share links to the Website; you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content through the contact form, or using automated tools to scrape or spam it.

6. Third-party content and links

The Website embeds previews of, and links to, external websites (for example client sites we have built). Those websites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights granted by applicable consumer protection law, including the option to use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and to contact ANPC (Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor, anpc.ro).
